🏪 Richer store data in Stores by UPC and Stores by Brand

The Stores by UPC and Stores by Brand endpoints now return an is_affiliate flag, so you can distinguish affiliate/redirect dealers from in-cart dealers, along with a new store_inventory_refreshed_at timestamp. Note that the is_chat_capable field has been permanently removed from these responses.
