How do I enhance my store listing?

You can add a logo, hours, and social links. Locally is a central hub for hundreds of websites, so any changes made within your account are reflected across all of those brand partner sites.

Manage Brand Relationships

1. Choose Brand Relationships and then Relationship Manager
2. Use this page to request to be added/removed from brands' dealer lists.
3. If a brand isn't a brand partner, no need to request- anything that matches will show automatically.

Note that Locally cannot add authorizations. If a brand is not reviewing your request in a timely manner, talk to the brand sales rep. For any authorized brand clients, you are opting in to sharing your stock. If you need to opt out of sharing inventory for any reason, email [email protected]. Some brands require stock sharing to be listed on their tools.

Logo

1. The logo must be formatted to display correctly across all websites and tools. Use our Canva template here to get the proper fit.
2. Open up Company Info. Note that any changes made here will be reflected across all of your locations.
3. Select the company that you would like to edit.
4. Select Edit under Color Logo Image.
5. Upload a file (something like 400x400 is typically a high enough resolution).
6. Click Save this Company Profile.

Hours

Go to store locations. Select the store that you would like to edit and click on the hours tab. Confirm the time zone is correct. Standard hours are the normal operating hours. If you have a break in the day, input the first set of hours and then click add additional times to do the second set of hours.

Special/holiday hours will overwrite the standard hours on the selected date/s. These will have an * so the shopper knows they are special.

Highlights are call-outs alongside regular hours. Some retailers have hours that are by appointment only and add them here.

Address

Under the location tab, you can tweak your address. We source information from brand dealer lists and Google's API, so if it's wrong here you may want to check your Google My Business profile. You can also drag your map pin to a more accurate place.

Social

If you have specific pages for this store on your website, Facebook, Twitter, etc, enter them here

Subdomain

Set your subdomain in your company panel. Send shoppers to {yoursubdomainname}.locally.com to shop as soon as you add inventory.
