Generate Locally SFTP Credentials

Locally pulls your inventory automatically from Bestinfo using SFTP.

• Log in to your Locally Dashboard.
• Navigate to the SFTP Credentials page.
• Important: Your password will be displayed only once upon generation. Copy and store it in a secure location (like a password manager) immediately.

2. Coordinate with Bestinfo Support

Once you have your credentials, you must authorize Bestinfo to send your data to Locally.

• Reach out to the Bestinfo technical team at [email protected].
• Subject Line: Locally Integration Setup Request - [Your Store Name]
• Message: Indicate that you are requesting that they set up a SFTP automatic inventory feed to Locally.com. Provide them with the Locally SFTP credentials you just generated above.

3. Final Activation & Verification

After sharing your details with Bestinfo, you must close the loop with Locally to go live.

• Send a confirmation email to [email protected].
• Subject Line: Bestinfo POS Integration - [Your Store Name]
• Message: Indicate that you have provided your SFTP information to Bestinfo and are ready for the feed setup.

Go Live: Locally will configure the connection on their end and will notify you as soon as your inventory is active on the platform.
