How do I connect my inventory with Heartland Retail?

  1. In Heartland Retail click the name in the top right corner of the Heartland Retail dashboard.
  2. A drop down menu will open, you can now click "my account" to bring you to your account page.
  3. Then click on the API Tokens tab to bring you to the API Tokens page.
  4. Click the generate new token button.
  5. This will bring you to the new API Token page.
  6. Type in Locally as the description for the API Token.
  7. Click the Generate Token button.
  8. The API Token will appear. Be sure to copy your new API token now and follow instructions for sending the key to Locally. You won't be able to see this token again.
  9. You can click the "Done" button on this screen once you have copied the key successfully
  10. Email [email protected] with your key so we can complete your inventory setup.
